Diamond Minds to Diamond Mines -- Zimbabwe
Evanston Technology Partners is developing a landmark technology training program in Zimbabwe, led by Country Director Einstein Makuyana from the Eastgate Building in Harare. The initiative will train and certify thousands of Zimbabweans in Cybersecurity, Cloud Technologies, Generative AI, and Data Analytics -- positioning Zimbabwe as a rising technology outsourcing hub in Southern Africa.
Zimbabwe has a young, ambitious population and a growing technology ecosystem. The DM2DM program will harness this potential by providing world-class training in four high-demand technology disciplines, creating a pipeline of certified professionals ready to serve both domestic and international markets.
Operating from the Eastgate Building in Harare's Redbridge district, the Zimbabwe program will leverage ETP's proven curriculum and certification framework to deliver measurable economic impact -- creating high-skilled jobs, generating export revenue, and positioning Zimbabwe as a technology outsourcing destination for the Persian Gulf, EU, UK, and North American markets.
Ethical hacking, incident response, and compliance frameworks for Zimbabwe's financial and telecoms sectors.
AWS, Azure, and GCP certifications with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code specialization.
LLMs, AI agents, and responsible AI development for enterprise and government clients.
