Evanston Technology Partners Headquarters New Location and a $132M Historic Chicago Landmark!

CHICAGO, Illinois—Evanston Technology Partners (ETP) announced today that their new headquarters is nearing completion. The new Chicago location is nearly 5,000 square feet and will include office space, a gym, wellness center, and Chicago’s first Cybersecurity and Enterprise Technology Innovation Center (COETIC).

Bronzeville, home to Nat “King” Cole, Gwendolyn Brooks, and other infamous Chicago legends, the Rosenwald will offer word-class innovation and next generation technology solutions as we utilize local talent to empower global clients. Now in its fourth year, the $132 million historic Rosenwald landmark restoration project spans between Michigan and Wabash Avenue, north of 47th Street. Evanston Technology Partners will be the premier Cybersecurity, Enterprise Technology, and Managed Services firm. The Rosenwald location has nearly 40,000 square feet of retail space and features a massive interior courtyard.

This restoration project has been years in the making and includes community and national support from Chicago Mayor(s), Alderman’s, and the descendants of the buildings original developer, Sears & Roebuck President, Julius Rosenwald. “This expansion accelerates Evanston Technology Partners and our commitment to create customer and community value through support of private and public partnerships that allow us to recruit, train, certify, and sustain employment to hundreds (hopefully thousands) of jobs to support our massive B2B market demand,” says Emmanuel Jackson, Founder, CEO, and President of ETP.
